Our Story
Our story began when we met through mutual friends while living in Indianapolis, and we became close friends before our relationship developed into something more. It didn't take long for everyone around us to notice our similar personalities with a shared sense of humor. After over a year of friendship, we decided to take a leap of faith and go on our first date. Only a short six months later we made a spontaneous decision, packed our bags, and moved to Denver.
Navigating new careers and an unfamiliar city, we not only grew up and learned valuable lessons individually, but we also grew together and created what feels like a lifetime of cherished moments. Sharing a love of travel, we’ve explored the world together and these experiences not only broadened our horizons but also brought us closer together. Three years after moving to Denver, we took another leap and bought our first house. Building and making our house a home has been an exciting journey and it felt only right to welcome our rescue dog Remi into the family shortly after moving in.
Little did we know that choosing a city at random and moving to a new place after a short time together would end up leading here, but Colorado stole our hearts. Our love story reached new heights when we got engaged on top of a mountain on 10.21.23, and it feels fitting to have our wedding in the same setting. We are thrilled to celebrate our special day in the place we are so grateful to call home and for our friends and family to join us in the mountains of Beaver Creek, Colorado.
